Vector-meson-nucleon tensor coupling constants are evaluated numerically by requiring only QCD asymptotics and normalization for vector-meson-dominance parametrization of isoscalar and isovector parts of the Pauli nucleon electronagnetic form factors. 22 refs.; 1 tab
