Superconductivity of films of binary lead and molybdenum base alloys prepared by low-temperature condensation method

  • 1. AN SSSR, Moscow. Inst. Metallurgii

Description

Studied are the changes of a residual resistance and temperature of superconductive transition (Tsub(s)) of amorphous films of binary lead or molybdenum base alloys depending on the thickness and composition. In lead base alloys the film property dependence on the thickness is shown to be described by saturation curves and as for molybdenum base alloys -by curves with extremum caused by instability of arising phases at considerable thicknesses of films. Minor alloying additions result in the stabilization of amorphous phases of base components and respectively in Tsub(s) increase in molybdenum base alloy and in Tsub(s) decrease in lead base alloys
