Low temperature study of nonstoichiometric titanium carbide
Description
By low temperature neutron diffraction method was studied structure in nonstoichiometric titanium carbide from room temperature up to 12K. It is found of low temperature phase in titanium carbide- TiC0.71. It is established region and borders of this phase. It is determined change of unit cell parameter. (author)
