Specific problems of scintillation gamma spectrometry
Description
The effects of the size, shape, temperature, quality, and composition of scintillation crystals on scintillation detector resolution are discussed. Properties of some new commercial photomultipliers are described and their effect is discussed on an improved resolution of scintillation detectors. (B.S.)
