A model of object Geminga as a degenerate white dwarf orbiting around a black hole
Description
A model of the object Geminga is proposed, which quantitatively explains the values of the observed periodicity. It consists of a degenerate dwarf, filling its Roche lobe and orbiting a black hole with a period P=1 min. Gravitational radiation dissipates the angular momentum, which leads to a mass transfer, and a period change (dP/dt), which agrees with the observed value. (U.K.)
