Annual report scientific activities 1994

Description

This report summarizes the activities at TRIUMF for the year 1994. During this year the federal government withdrew its support for the Kaon Factory proposal which had originated in 1985. The laboratory was to enter into an 'in-kind' contribution to the proposed Large Hadron Collider (Lhc) at CERN as well as continuing its infrastructure support role for Canadian particle physicists engaged in experiments at foreign facilities
