Description

Highlights: • IVIM-DWI and semi-quantitative DCE-MRI can provide promising way of differential diagnosis of indeterminate SPLs. • ADCtotal value can help to distinguish subgroup of lung cancer. • Combination of IVIM-DWI and semi--quantitative DCE-MRI can improve the diagnostic performance. • No obvious relationship between perfusion component of IVIM and DCE-MRI was observed. -- Abstract: To evaluate the diagnostic value of intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM) diffusion-weighted (DWI) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and semi-quantitative dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) to help diagnose indeterminate solitary pulmonary lesions (SPLs) and the subgroups of lung cancer (LC), and to explore the relationship between IVIM and DCE-MRI.
