Features of structure-phase condition of titanium alloys surface under action power ion beam

Description
Changes of surface layer structure in (α+β)-titanium alloys under effect of an intensive ion beam are investigated. Alloy initial state effect on structural-phase changes, occurring in them, is shown. Possible reasons for crater formation are considered. 7 refs.; 4 figs
