Description
Dependence of shift of composite tone υσ+L of liquid water on the concentration of alkali-halide salts is studies by oscillative spectroscopy methods. Exciton effects in aqueous solutions of potassium cyanate are investigated. Spectroscopic estimation so time of quasicrystalline order existence in water are obtained
