Phonon dispersion relations in Bisub(0.95)Sbsub(0.05) alloy

Description

Neutron inelastic scattering experiments have been performed on triple-axis spectrometers at the EWA and DIORIT reactors to determine the phonon dispersion relations in dilute Bisub(0.95)Sbsub(0.05) alloy at room and liquid nitrogen temperatures. The shifts of phonon frequencies for the GAMMA-T, GAMMA-X and GAMMA-L directions were determined. (author)
