Preparation of targets using an isotope separator

  • 1. Oak Ridge National Lab., TN

Description

A discussion is given of the use of the 1800 Oak Ridge Sector Isotope Separator (ORSIS) for the fabrication of thin, uniform ion-deposited targets.
