A measurement of the decay KL→π0γγ by the NA31 experiment

Description
NA31 is the CERN-Mainz-Orsay-Pisa-Siegen dedicated experiment for a precise measurement of var-epsilon '/var-epsilon. It turns out that, thanks to the high accumulated statistics over 3 different data taking periods, a search for rare Kaon decays have been favoured. Several results on measurements or limits have been published, in particular the first observation of KL→π0γγ decay. We report here the final analysis of KL→π0γγ using the whole available statistics collected with the NA31 detector in 1986, 1988 and 1989 run periods
