Structure of inclusive spectra in nuclear reactions

Contributions of p+t→j+Rii→j+K+i and p+t→i+Rk+j→i+K+j processes to differential p+t→K+Rij→K+i+j reaction cross sections are investigated using three-particle d+9Be→t+α+α reaction as an example. Parametrization of the reaction inclusive spectra is performed with regard to the contribution of sequential processes of 7Li nucleus production and decay. A good agreement with experimental data is obtained. 7Li*excitation cross sections are close to the data of other works. For the first excited states of 8Be nucleus the following values are obtained: E*=(3.00+-0.05)MeV, G=(1.26+-0.05) MeV
