Multilayer Roentgen mirrors for soft X-radiation

Description
Complex for spraying and studying Roentgen-optical properties of multilayer Roentgen mirrors (MRM) is described. Data on the MRM reflective properties on the basis of nickel-carbon and titanium-beryllium pairs within the range of photon energies of ε≅90-220 eV and ε≅keV are presented. The first results on application of MRM for plasma X-ray spectrometry at the GOL-M facility are indicated
