Enhance of reliability and durability of threaded connection for NPP components
Description
It is noted that the main ways of increasing reliability and service life of threaded connections of NPP equipment are as follows: increase of requirements to metal impact strength on the basis of wide application of electroslag remelting and improvement of heat treatment regimes; introduction of asymetric thread profile for pins, use of lubricants having some necessary properties; application of protective coatings in some cases
