The (p, π) reaction on 26Mg at 180 MeV and a search for Δ++ components in nuclei
Creators
- 1. Uppsala Univ. (Sweden). Gustaf Werner Institutet
Description
Differential cross sections for the 26Mg(p, π+-) reactions leading to discrete final states in the residual nuclei have been measured. A particular aim has been to investigate whether the angular distribution from the (p, π-) reaction is affected by Δ++ components in the nuclear wave function. (Auth.)
