Study on induced mutation of rose bay in vitro with 60Co γ-rays
Description
The irradiation effect of 60Co γ-rays on rose bay in vitro was studied. The results showed that the lethal does was 24 Gy, the best inducing dose was 8-16 Gy. Two mutants were obtained with 12 and 16 Gy treatments from irradiated seedling grafted with the mature plant as stock. Constantly grafting indicated that the mutants were stable
