Description
A micro-computer controlled gas flow measuring system based upon the detection of travelling ions ionized by β rays is presented. The ion cloud outline calculation formula are given. The necessary voltage needed for the effective collection of the ions has been derived and testified. The precision of this device is around 1-2 percent. And it is reliably resistant to dust and moisture after several days of laboratory operation
