Description

We present a case of popliteal artery pseudo aneurysm as a complication of osteochondroma of the distal femur. The popliteal artery is the most frequently implicated in these pathologies. In our case the combination of MRA and MR allowed to achieve a correct diagnosis avoiding the use of invasive methods. (author)
