Search for K+ → π+νν-bar at the NA62 experiment at CERN

  • 1. Universite Catholique de Louvain, Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium)

Description

The NA62 experiment aims to measure the branching ratio (BR) of the ultra-rare K+ → π+νν-bar decay with a 10% precision. NA62 started in October 2014, took data during the pilot runs in 2014 and 2015. The NA62 experimental strategy and the quality of data collected during the 2015 run are reported. (author)
