Device for the radial-centric thermobile support and centering of shaft sealing housings on external housing shells of turbomachines, in particular steam turbines

Description

The centric thermomobile support of the inner casing of a turbine in the outer casing is improved in such a manner that simultaneous axial fixing becomes possible. According to the invention, in addition to the axially fixed bearing of the shaft seal, a space with pockets is formed in the range of the bearing and centering pisitions, which lies in axial direction behind the fixing claws and into which a fitting piece is introduced fixing the shaft seal casing in one axial direction while in the other axial direction it is fixed by the outer casing. The details of design are described. The very precise and easy-to-manage setting of the stable device is mentioned. (UWI)

Abstract (German)

Die zentrisch waermebewegliche Abstuetzung des Innengehaeuses einer Turbine gegenueber dem Aussengehaeuse wird so verbessert, dass eine gleichzeitige axiale Fixierung moeglich ist. Erfindungsgemaess wird zur axial festen Lagerung des Wellendichtungsgehaeuses im Bereich der Lager- und Zentrierstellen ein axial hinter den Halteklauen gelegener Taschenraum gebildet, in den ein Passstueck eingefuehrt wird, welches das Wellendichtungsgehaeuse in einer Axialrichtung fixiert, waehrend es in der anderen Axialrichtung am Aussengehaeuse festgelegt ist. Die konstruktiven Einzelheiten sind beschrieben. Als vorteilhaft wird die sehr genaue und einfach zu handhabende Justierung der stabilen Einrichtunge genannt. (UWI)
