Intensity of growth and solubility of steam and gas bubbles

Description

The results of theoretical studying the intensity of growth and solubility of floating gas bubbles in a coolant by parameters typical for nuclear power facility are discussed. Expressions for calculating thickness of hydrodynamic and diffusion boundary layers depending on pressure temperature and the bubble initial diameter, as well as that for determining the bubble growth solubility time are obtained basing on the integro-differential equations solution. 15 refs., 5 figs
