Purification of tritiated gentamicin

Description

Abstract A simple, high capacity method for the purification of 3 H‐gentamicin is described. Confirmation of radiochemical purity using several thin layer chromatography systems is presented. Based on the weith of biologically active material, the specific activity is 1.02 Ci/mM.
