My truth about the Earth

In this book, C. Allegre, a famous French scientist and former Minister of national education, research and technology, makes a strong criticism of todays actions and declarations of ecologists (the 'green sect') who are just 'illusion sellers' building up an 'ecological totalitarianism'. According to him, such a policy is an imposture and must be denounced. On the other hand, as a good pedagogue, he shows us a schedule of proposals like: developing genetically modified organisms and biodiversity in forests and rivers, encouraging the economical architecture by combining solar energy, heat pumps and energy saving systems, imposing the hybrid or electric-powered car, accelerating the use of fuel cells, and developing the 4. generation of nuclear reactors. He also puts forward the scientific uncertainties concerning the global warming, the political dimension of the Kyoto protocol and the punitive, destructive and useless effects of the implementation of the proposals resulting of this protocol (poor results for a prohibitive cost).
