PAC study of molecular reorientation in liquids
Description
Preliminary perturbed angular correlation results referring to a neutral d0 hafnium (IV) complexe with N-benzoyl N-phenyl hydroxylamine Hf(NBPHA)4 (molecular weight = 1026) dissolved in two weakly polier solvents (chloroform and methylene chloride) are reported. The observed time dependence of the perturbation factors G2(t) of the 181Ta (133-482 keV) cascade obeys the exponential law predicted by the Abragam and Pound's theory for purely dynamic and quadrupole relaxation
