Description
Processes in conical targets used in the field of inertial fusion are considered. Experiments, where thermonuclear fuel is compresses and heated material using a spherical segment accelerated due to the energy of laser impulse or charged particle beam, are carried out. Attention is paid to the effect, discovered in numerical calculations, of hydrodynamic heating up to high energies of a small group of heavy multicharged ions of conical surface nappe walls, which occurs, at least, due to great losses during multicharged plasma radiation
