Investigation of radon concentration in the environment of Qingdao

Description

This paper describes the measurement of radon concentration in soil and air in Qingdao. The result shows high soil radon concentration is related to faults. According to the impact of convection of sea wind, the radon concentration in air is low. On the contrary, it is high in the basement for poor convection. Although Qingdao is located at granite area, the radon concentration in soil and air is not high because of its special environment. It is of benefit to Qingdao's open to the world
