Study of REE roentgenoluminescence in yttrium, indium and lutetium orthoborates
Description
By means of solid-phase reactions and by the method of isothermal saturation of sodium tetraborate melt MBO3:Re3+ luminophors, where Resup(3+)-Smsup(3+), Eusup(3+), Tbsup(3+), Dysup(3+), Hosup(3+), Ersup(3+), are synthesized. Some characteristics of the roentgenoluminescence of synthesized compounds which are compared with the characteristics obtained in the course of selective population of Resup(3+) 4fsup(n) levels are studied
