''Energy-related emissions'' are greenhouse gases and air pollutants released by the conversion of energy sources into electrical and/or thermal energy (electricity and heat production). In this publication, for the years 1990 to 2016, the Federal Environmental Agency (UBA) has compiled graphs and tables that detail energy-related emissions of greenhouse gases and selected air pollutants and the amount of fuel used by sector.

Abstract (German)

''Energiebedingte Emissionen'' sind Treibhausgase und Luftschadstoffe, die durch die Umwandlung von Energietraegern in elektrische und / oder thermische Energie (Strom- und Waermeproduktion) freigesetzt werden. In dieser Veroeffentlichung hat das UBA fuer die Jahre 1990 bis 2016 Grafiken und Tabellen zusammengestellt, die die energiebedingten Emissionen fuer Treibhausgase und ausgewaehlte Luftschadstoffe und die Menge der dafuer eingesetzten Brennstoffe nach Sektoren aufgeschluesselt darstellen.
