Description
It is shown that the SNS synchrotron is capable of providing the required beam parameters for feasibility tests on aspects of HIF drivers. For coherent instability studies in particular the experiments require a few extra beam diagnostics for a better understanding of beam behaviour in this kind of machine. (U.K.)
