110Ag distribution in gallium antimonide in directional crystallization

Description

In order to verify the efficacy of Ag distribution, experiments were also carried out with the distribution of radionuclide 110Ag in GaSb which fully confirmed the theoretical assumption of the distribution of Ag in GaSb as a semiconducting compound. The method of micro-alloying of 110Ag is presented as is the method of directional crystallization and measurement of real concentration gradients of radionuclide 110Ag in GaSb including autoradiograms.
