Dislocation structure modification of metals under irradiation in the process of its deformation

Description
Dynamic of dislocation density changes of metals under stress and irradiation together with its expression at creep were studied. Within the framework of the dislocation climb-glide model, appearance of qualitative different unsteady creep modes of metals under irradiation was investigated. Balance equations of dislocation density and point defects concentration were considered. It takes into account that dislocation density increased in case of their generation into grains volume and decreased in case of their going to grains boundaries. It's accounted that glide dislocation can capture point defects and their small clusters.The influence of radiation conditions, characteristic of irradiated material and initial state to unsteady creep was analyzed
