Thin shells and cosmological models
Description
The closed universe consisting of two spherical voids separated by a thin shell of matter is studied in the framework of Israel formalism. It is shown that this model has no horizon. A naive quantization removing the singularity is performed. (author). 1 fig., 3 refs
