Selection and approbation of new technical approaches in innovation projects

Large-scale technical approaches based on the application of new technologies, equipment, tools and other production equipping means (PEM) are to be previously tested by technical and engineering practice and thoroughly approved. These circumstances create objective prerequisites for organization within the infrastructure of the 'OU' of a special sector to solve such a problem. A structure-and-logic model of the infrastructure sector is represented. Principal trends of activities of the proposed new sector of the 'OU' infrastructure may become the following ones: personnel training, skill rising and attestation; adaptation of new samples of universal and auxiliary equipment; new technologies and equipment approbation; approbation of actions in nonstandard situations
