The detection of correlation hormones and biochemical marks of osteoporosis in climacteric women

Description
The content of E2, PTH, CT and 1, 25(OH)2-D3(1, 25-dihydroxy vitamin) in climacteric women are detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA), and the content of Ca2+, P3+ by biochemical assay .The results indicate that the content of E2, CT and 1, 25(OH)2-D3 are lower, PTH is higher (P < 0.05), and the content of Ca2+, P3+ are no statistical significant changes (P > 0.05) in climacteric women compared with the normal content. So climacteric women should prevent osteoporosis earlier
