Studies of physical characteristics of the gas-filled sealed neutron tube with the orbitron ion source

The first results of investigation into the physical characteristics of small-dimensional sealed accelerating tubes with orbitron ion source for generating NTG-3 type neutrons are presented. The neutron tube operates steadily under 100-120 keV accelerating voltage with 20-10000 Hz frequency with the neutron flux making up (3-5)x108 neutron/s
