Investigating energy-force parameters of titanium alloys sheet cold rolling using various emulsions
Description
An improved technological emulsion based upon heavy rolling oil is recommended for use in thin plate rolling of titanium alloys in single plates. Employing the improved lubricant reduces the number of passes by the rolling by 30% on the average. Dynamic stress in the roll-drive line and the amount of mechanical equipment may be reduced by the use of one-spindel drive
