Diaphragmatic congenital hernia in adults

Congenital diaphragmatic hernias in adults are a rare entity that is not yet published, in thoracic surgery books and there are only few reports in the world. It is a problem that requires a precise diagnostic and not delayed surgery because of its complications sometimes lethal.
