The author argues that there is no alternative to the peaceful nuclear fuel cycle and that Australia's thinking on nuclear energy is out of step with the rest of the world. Restrictive commercial policies and public indecision about Australia's future development of uranium reserves are transferring Australia's comparative advantage to competing countries
