Description
Electron impact total ionization cross sections for the atoms Ga, Ge, As, Se, Br and Kr were calculated in the energy range from ionization threshold to 2000 eV. Spherical complex optical formalism has been used to evaluate the cross section. The values obtained by this method shows an overall good agreement with measurements and theories.
