New ternary ruthenium germanides
Description
By the method of monocrystal, crystal structure of Nd3Ru2Ge2 compound has been studied. Atom parameters, are refined in anisotropic approximation up to R=1.041 according to 542 independent reflexes. Lattice parameters for R3Ru2Ge2 compounds where R-La, Ce, Pr, Sm are determined
