Magnetic moment of short-lived nuclear excited states
Description
Advances in the technique of using the classical procession of an aligned magnetic moment about a magnetic field to determine the magnetic moments of short-lived nuclear states are reviewed. Such measurements of the magnetic moments of pure single-particle states, vibrational and rotational nuclei and high spin states are discussed. (U.K.)
