Low-frequency and microwave dielectric properties of Ba2LnTaO6 (Ln=La, Pr, Sm, Dy, Ce, Gd, Nd, Tm, Tb) ceramics

Description
Nine compounds of the Ba2LnTaO6 (Ln = La, Pr, Sm, Dy, Ce, Gd, Nd, Tm, Tb) family are synthesized, and their low-frequency and microwave dielectric properties are studied. The results are analyzed in relation to earlier structural data and the ionic radius of Ln. The highest permittivity values are offered by the tantalates with the strongest distortion of the perovskite cell and the largest ionic radius of the lanthanide

Синтезированы 9 соединений семейства Ba2LnTaO6 (Ln = La, Pr, Sm, Dy, Ce, Gd, Nd, Tm, Tb), измерены их диэлектрические свойства в НЧ- и СВЧ-диапазонах. Результаты сопоставлены с полученными ранее структурными свойствами, а также с ионными радиусами Ln. Показано, что максимальными значениями диэлектрической проницаемости обладают танталаты с максимальным структурным искажением перовскитной ячейки или с наибольшими ионными радиусами лантаноидовAdditional details
