The improvement effect of Comelien Kowa tablet on the decrease of blood cell with radio-therapy
Description
Comelien Kowa tablets, coronary dilator, were administered to 6 patients under radiotherapy for comparison with 10 non-administered patients with respect to its side effects such as anemia, leukopenia and thrombopenia. The two groups showed slight significant difference in the erythrocyte fluctuation rate and marked significant differences in the leukocyte and platelet fluctuation rates, indicating the clinical efficacy of this drug. The effects of Comelien Kowa tablet on maintenance of the normal morphology, promotion of the deforming ability and oxygen dissociation capacity of erythrocytes seemed useful for improvement of radiotherapeutic efficacy.
