Description
The contribution of the ghost state necessary to solve the U(1) problem to pd quasielastic scattering is analyzed. The method of Regge poles is used. A possibility to detect the ghost experimentally is shown. The ghost contribution leads to the non-Regge behavior of the cross section at large s. The s dependence of the cross section and width of the forward peak for different values of the ghost-nucleon coupling constant gQNN are given
