'Six Same' concept boosts the organization and coordination of Fangjiashan nuclear power project

During the construction of a project, organization and coordination can be regarded as the core function of management. As a management approach, it runs through the entire process of the project management. In this article, we take Fangjiashan Nuclear Power Project as an example to set forth the effect of the 'Six Same' concept. Under the guidance of this concept, by executing effective organization and coordination, the owners successfully build a cooperative working mechanism, establishing a complete and smooth communication system, and making the management intent get a good implementation in the whole project construction.
