Annual public information report relative to the nuclear facilities of the Nogent-sur-Seine site - 2019. This report is written in compliance with articles L.125-15 and L.125-16 of the French environment code

Description

This safety report about the NPPs of Nogent-sur-Seine site (Aube, France) was established in accordance with articles L. 125-15 and L. 125-16 of the French environmental code. It presents: the nuclear facilities of Nogent-sur-Seine site, the actions for the prevention and limitation of risks (nuclear safety, fire hazards, use of industrial fluids, complementary safety evaluations following the Fukushima accident, crisis management), the prevention and limitation of drawbacks (impacts, liquid and gaseous radioactive effluents, chemical and thermal effluents, water intakes and discharges, environment monitoring, nuisances), the periodical re-examinations and controls (internal, external), the actions of improvement (training, administrative procedures), the intervenors' radiation protection, the incidents and accidents that occurred during the past year (if any), the results of radioactive (liquid and gaseous) and non-radioactive (chemical, thermal) effluents analysis, the management of radioactive and non-radioactive wastes produced by the site, and the actions of communication and public information carried out by the direction of the facility. A glossary and the recommendations from the social-economic committee are given in the appendix
