The present communication discusses the results obtained using 199Au, a candidate radionuclide for radioimmunotherapy in India. The study compares the biodistribution and dosimetry of native gold (199Au) with gold labelled HigG and murine monoclonal antibody M3 in control as well as tumour bearing mice
