Photon showers and Belkacem peak in superrelativistic channeled electron radiation

Description
Solution of integrodifferential cascade equation is investigated. Specific features of the kinetics of bremsstrahlung of superrelativistic channeled electrons are revealed. This forms the basis for developing theory of Belkacem peak, observed in a hard part of radiant energy spectrum
