Anion exchange sorption of lanthanoids from aqueous-organic nitric acid media
Description
Chromatographic separation of lanthanoids, Eu and Gd in particular, was studied and factors affecting the distribution coefficients and efficiency of element separation in mixtures of nitric acid aqueous solutions with ethanol, acetone, acetonitrile were determined. It was established that the change of equilibrium parameters of lanthanoid amonic exchange in aqueous-organic complexing media was dictated by acceptor properties of organic solvents
